The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors of the Parish.
The purpose of the meeting is to enable the electors to have their say on anything they consider is important to the people of the Parish and so that the Parish Council and other relevant bodies can explain what has been done over the past year.
It is the custom for all the Parish Councillors and the Clerk to attend giving the public accountability for all the actions of the Council over the past twelve months.
Other local bodies may also attend to provide feedback on their activities in the past and coming year.
Only the voters on the Electoral Register for the two Parishes are entitled to speak and vote.
The quorum for an Annual Parish Meeting is two.
